WOMEN’S CIRCLES
Discover THE HEALING POWER OF SACRED SPACE
Ceremony and ritual give tangible presence to invisible emotions and experiences. They help provide a type of embodiment, which in turn calms the nervous system and connects you back to your body, heart, soul, and truth.
It’s an ancient practice with benefits backed by modern somatic science. An opportunity for your soul to just kinda exhale and go, “Oh yeah, I needed that.”
Healing Circles
Have your story heard, your body honored, and your heart held. Be nourished by music, rest, and beauty.
Ceremony and rituals speak a language the grieving mind can absorb. They surround your pain in love and beauty while simultaneously witnessing it deeply. The experience can be profoundly healing.
Feeling held in sacred space allows for a softening and release to take place. The tight spot in your throat opens a little, that pit in your stomach unclenches, and the ache in your heart has a chance to hand over a little of the weight it’s holding.
Rest your eyes under a lavender scented pillow with gong accompaniment. Cover your body in roses (your body deserves this and much much more). Light candles of honoring. Leave lifted up, lighter, and with a renewed sense of beauty and wholeness.
If you've experienced heartbreak (be it last week or 30 years ago) from infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy release and/ or still-birth - biological or through adoption, you are welcome here.
Moon Circles
Women have been gathering under the moon since ancient times. It’s a way to tap into the powers of the natural world, connect with your soul, hear your voice, and conjure your heart’s desires. All in a held container among other women.
As a woman, the rhythm of the Moon lives within you. Syncing with this rhythm activates a sort of magic. It’s unexplainable and yet deeply familiar.
Sacred Space is created using a combination of movement, relaxation, reflection, and ritual. The intent is to give you an opportunity to hear your own voice, re-connect with your spirit, release what’s weighing your down and identify your heart’s desires.
We meet once a month to honor both the moon above and the moon within. All who identify as women are welcomed. Please dress as you would for a yoga or dance class (journal and pen optional but recommended).
